Peter Lorre Tribute

Idea behind the painting: I am a big fan of Humphrey Bogart and Peter Lorre. One of my favorite movies with these actors is The Maltese Falcon. Peter Lorre looked weird in real life, and this is what made him so interesting to paint. Peter Lorre was a fantastic bad guy oozing with slime. I made the portrait with dark colors to represent the dark, weird characters he played in movies. This is my tribute to him.
