- International shipping is $65
All orders are shipped with the artwork rolled up in a tube. No prints are framed or put on stretcher bars; this includes canvas Gicleé prints.
When you receive your order, take it to a picture frame shop. They can frame your print or put the Gicleé print on stretcher bars.
Orders that include canvas Gicleés can take up to 7 – 10 business days to process (due to drying times of inks, stretching, and varnishes). Other orders are shipped within 7 business days.
Originals Versus Prints of Paintings
Originals are drawings and paint on Crescent Illustration Board or paint on canvas. If an original painting is on an illustration board, it is shipped with a mat board and protected with cellophane or plastic. If an original painting is on canvas, the sides are painted a dark solid color, so they can be hung without a frame. Paintings on canvas are finished with a UV varnish.
Prints on Fine Artists Paper or Canvas Are Gicleé Prints
These are very high-quality prints known for their true colors and longevity. A Gicleé print closely resembles the original painting. The prints are in the proportions of the original painting, with the title and my signature below the image. The prints on fine art paper are loosely rolled and packaged in a tube for safe shipping. The canvas prints have the edges painted a solid color and can be hung without a frame.
Disclaimer on Humorous, Parody and Tribute Art
The paintings which are Humorous, Parody, or Tribute Art are not licensed nor endorsed by the original authors unless otherwise noted in the description. They are not intended to represent the views of the copyright holders, are not a product of the original authors, nor are they intended to emulate work originating from said artists. My paintings are not licensed material originating from the company of origin. My works of tribute and parody are expressions of dedication protected by the 1st Amendment in the case of parodies and by Fair Use in the case of tributes (as they are "transformative," are in my own unique style and do not damage the copyright holder's reputation, branding or financial standing). I only tribute those things which I both know and love and that are of large enough standing and reputation that my tribute will not damage them in any way. I encourage all to support the actual authors and copyright holders of the brands and characters they love whenever possible.
